Set up pfSense Routers

As pfSense requires a web configuration, the complete setup can not be completed until we have a Windows VM to connect to it. However, there are still some preliminary configurations on each router to ensure connectivity for all downstream devices.

We must:

Disable secure boot for VM
Install pfSense
Assign a WAN interface
Assign a LAN interface
Enable DHCP on LAN interface
